About Us
Formed in 2015 by Daniel Clein, Bricks Busting Boredom was founded on the concept of bringing creativity into hospitals for children battling different ailments and to help brighten their days. As our family has grown, Sarah and Jonathan Clein have stepped up and lead the program. We realized the importance of Lego when we saw how little children have to do while receiving treatment in the hospital, and how taxing it can be on the child’s parents to keep them entertained and in good spirits during this time. To date, Bricks Busting Boredom has donated more than 5,000 pounds of used Lego and over 2,000 new Lego sets to children’s hospitals, homeless shelters, and emergency shelters across Florida.
